We’re Hiring: AI ENGINEER
 Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2-3 years

Job Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models, including Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.

 Build and optimize data pipelines and frameworks to support AI model training and deployment.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows and applications.

 Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques and apply them to real-world problems.

 Develop APIs to expose AI functionalities and integrate them into existing systems.

 Optimize AI models for scalability, performance, and accuracy.

 Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.

Data & Infrastructure

Comfort with data engineering tasks managing and preprocessing large text corpora or domain- specific datasets.

Required Skills:

 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs.

 Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.

 RAG & Vector Databases: Hands-on experience designing retrieval-augmented architectures and working with vector stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).

 LangChain: Knowledge of orchestrating multi-step AI workflows, prompt engineering, and advanced conversation management.

 Strong understanding of data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

 Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments.

 Familiarity with APIs and integration tools like.

 Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

 Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
