Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist who has a proven track record in driving organic growth on social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok, particularly in the context of US-based ecommerce brands.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive organic growth in terms of followers, engagement, and reach.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content, including videos and reels, that resonate with the target audience of our USA-based ecommerce brands.
- Platform Management: Manage and optimize our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok, ensuring consistent brand messaging and aesthetic.
- Community Engagement: Foster and maintain a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brands at the forefront of the digital landscape.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to internal teams on best practices for social media engagement and content creation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, specifically for ecommerce brands.
- Proven experience in growing and managing social media accounts with a significant following.
- Strong understanding of the social media landscape in the USA.
- Proficiency in creating and editing engaging content, particularly videos and reels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and metrics.
